Meditation for Intuition

I lead one-hour guided group meditation sessions on Wednesdays (6pm) and Saturdays (10am). The sessions combine meditations and perception exercises. The emphasis on the meditations is the development of intuition through an exploration of the essence of perception, gratitude, centredness, compassion, connectedness and awareness.

Private meditation sessions can be scheduled on request.
